RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Santi Lingerie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Items Eligible for Return
The following items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from perfume, deodorant, or any other marks
Eligible items include:
- Bras (бюстгальтери)
- Belts / suspender belts (пояси)
- Robes and loungewear
- Accessories (jewelry, hair accessories, gift sets — non-intimate)
2. Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (dated March 19, 1994, as amended) and the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", the following intimate apparel items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Panties / briefs (трусики, стринги, шорти)
- Thongs and G-strings
- Bodysuits (боді)
- Swimwear bottoms
- Hosiery (stockings, tights, socks)
- Any other items that come into direct contact with intimate body areas
⚠️ This restriction applies regardless of whether the item has been worn. It is established by Ukrainian consumer protection law and cannot be waived.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return for eligible items:
- Contact us at [your@email.com] within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
- Ship the item(s) to our address: [Your return address, Ukraine]
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible items (see Section 1) subject to availability. Please contact us to check stock before initiating an exchange.
