Lingerie and intimate apparel are classified as personal hygiene items and, in accordance with Ukrainian consumer protection law, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review these terms carefully before placing your order.

Mindful Shopping

Every Santi Lingerie piece is crafted with care and falls under the category of personal hygiene items. Before ordering, we kindly ask you to consult our size guide and product descriptions thoroughly. We recommend placing an order only when you are confident about your measurements and size.

Returns & Exchanges

In accordance with Ukrainian consumer protection legislation, lingerie items cannot be returned or exchanged, including in cases where:

the item does not fit as expected
preferences have changed after receipt
the item has been tried on

Exceptions

A return or compensation may be considered exclusively in the following cases:

Manufacturing defect — visible defects in stitching, hardware, or fabric that are not the result of wear or use
Incorrect item received — if the item sent differs from what was ordered (wrong style or size)

In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and include photos of the defect or discrepancy.

Individual Alterations

If a piece does not fit your figure perfectly, we are open to discussing individual alterations on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us — we will do our best to find a solution.
