Placing an Order

Placing an order on the website constitutes an offer to enter into a purchase agreement. An order is considered accepted upon our confirmation. We reserve the right to decline an order in the event of stock unavailability or a technical error on the website.

Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH) and include all applicable taxes. Payment is made online by Visa or Mastercard via a secure payment gateway. Card details are not stored on our servers.

Returns

Return conditions are described in our Return Policy. Lingerie items are non-returnable under Ukrainian consumer protection law.

We make every effort to accurately represent product colours and specifications; however, minor differences due to screen settings do not constitute grounds for a claim. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
