Shipping policy

Once payment is confirmed, your order is passed to production or fulfilment. Processing time is up to 5 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number for your parcel.

Domestic Shipping (Ukraine)

Orders within Ukraine are shipped via Nova Poshta — to a branch or parcel locker of your choice. Shipping costs are calculated according to the carrier's rates and are paid by the customer upon receipt or at checkout.

Estimated delivery time within Ukraine: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and chosen shipping method. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout or confirmed by our team.

The customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in the destination country.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, we will send you a tracking number to follow your parcel via the Nova Poshta website or the relevant international carrier's tracking system.
